 Description: This is a fun hour of dance exercise to 7 choreographed dance routines using bands and weights. Some of the routines focus on balance and stretching. The last 20 minutes includes standing and floor calisthenics ending with more relaxed stretching. It’s a great way to start your morning. Don’t miss this invigorating hour.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 am to 9 am
Location: Activity Center, Recreation Room
Fee: $35/month (3 x a week) or $5 drop in
