Description: | This is a head-to-toe workout in a chair or standing behind a chair. We will work on upper body, legs and core along with balance and light stretching, all to fun music. You will work at your own pace, no pressure. Class is for men and women. Come join us. |

Fee: | $30/month (2 x a week) or $5 drop in |
