RV Storage Yard

A popular amenity is the 43 space, fenced recreational vehicle yard. Residents of Charbonneau may store a personal RV, when space is available. Rental fees are billed in advance on an annual basis and are due in January each year. New mid-year rentals will be prorated. Mid-year lease terminations will be prorated, provided a 30 day advance notice is received.
