 Description: Enjoy this combination class for beginners to intermediate level men and woman. In the first half of the class you will have fun with strength training using bands, tubes, and light weights to the tunes of the 50’s & 60’s. The second half of the class is all about stretching and relaxing. You will feel renewed.
