Charbonneau Home Owner Associations
As each new housing area was developed it was incorporated as an independent homeowner association. Dwellings within a homeowner association may be townhomes, condominiums, or detached, single family homes. There are thirteen homeowner associations in Charbonneau. The smallest has six condominiums and the largest has 258 townhomes. Each association has its own Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, CC&Rs, and elected Board of Directors. The Boards are empowered to manage all aspects of the associations’ activities including budgets & expenditures, collection of dues, contracting for services, enforcement of covenants, and architectural controls. Dues for each association vary depending on services provided.
The thirteen (13) associations are the following. Each association acts independently with no unifying authority except for the limited authority of CCC in matters of architectural standards.
