About Charbonneau Country Club

Charbonneau Country Club (CCC) is a homeowners association located in the Charbonneau district of Wilsonville, Oregon, just south of Portland. The association encompasses 1627 residential units, including single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, an assisted-living center, and apartments. Charbonneau is a planned-unit development with a 27-hole golf course, tennis club, marina, commercial/business center, restaurants, and a variety of recreational facilities.

Every residential household within the Charbonneau district is a member of the Charbonneau Country Club. Members’ assessments pay for the upkeep of a community clubhouse, landscaping of the main thoroughfare of the district, nightly security patrols, and other common area expenses. A monthly community newspaper, The Charbonneau Villager, is delivered to residents free of charge.

In addition to the CCC homeowner association, there are thirteen smaller, individual homeowner associations or condominiums within the Charbonneau district. The largest has 258 residential properties and the smallest has six. Each association is responsible for the maintenance and care of neighborhood common areas, including swimming pools, water features such as fountains, and landscaping. Homeowners’ assessments for these associations vary depending on the scope of the common areas and association services provided.

The Charbonneau Golf Club, Inc. is a separate for-profit corporation, owned by the Charbonneau Country Club homeowners association. For information about golf in Charbonneau, visit the Charbonneau Golf Club website: www.charbonneaugolfclub.com

The Charbonneau Country Club homeowners’ association is managed by a board of nine elected members. Board directors are involved in Club operations through various committees. Board directors or appointed residents chair standing committees which oversee the organization’s operations.

The CCC business office provides administrative support services for the Board of Directors, committees, and residents of the community.
