Fourth Friday at Five/ Mar. 22 / 5pm

Tickets go on sale March 1 for the March Fourth Friday event.

Tickets are just $5 and can be purchased in the CCC office.

This is a fun social event where a light supper is provided.  

CCC board directors will be on hand to answer questions.

Watercolors Class

A six-week watercolors class will begin March 6.

Register in the CCC office by calling 503-694-2300.

For more information about the class or supplies, contact instructor Elaine Luneke at 503-989-1540.

Elaine teaches a different technique each week.  The cost is $60 and is informative and fun.


Free Shuttle Training

Come along with us as we take a trip to the Wilsonville Library using the FREE Wilsonville SMART shuttle.

The bus departs the CCC clubhouse at 10 am.  Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather because there is a bit of a walk to the bus stop.

Please know, this service will go away if we don't use it so please give it a try.

AARP Smart Driver Course

AARP will be putting on a SMART Driver Course on Monday and Tuesday, March 25 & 26 from 1-4 each day.

You must come to both classes.  No driving our final examination is required.  The course fee is $15 for AARP members or $20 for non-members.

Checks should be made payable to AARP.

Paint and Pour

On Friday, April 5, from 3-5:30 pm, join us for an Easter Paint  & Pour and help us find "The Easter Bunny."  He's fast, but maybe with a little wine and a chocolate or two, we'll have him painted!

Paint and pours are designed for you to learn a little bit about watercolor and to have a lot of fun in the process.  The cost is $20 and Elaine will have all the supplies you need.

Charbonneau residents are invited to bring their own wine or soft drinks (some snacks will be provided).  Call the CCC office at 503-694-2300 to sign-up.  Come awaken your inner artist and have a Happy Easter!


Bernie & Red Comedy and Music Show

Purchase your tickets in the CCC office for an evening of fun featuring this returning duo, Bernie and Red.

Tickets are just $15 and includes music, laughter and fun.

Bernie & Red will be performing at 7pm on Thursday, April 11.  It's always a NEW show!

Cupcake Flower Bouquet Decoration Class

On Friday, April 12, come and celebrate the Spring season by learning to decorate cupcakes as beautiful flowers in this cupcake decorating class.  Kelly from Sprinkes of Joy Bakery will teach you how to use a frosting piping bag to pipe star flowers, rosettes and beautiful petal flowers.  This class is just $25 and all supllies will be provided.

Register in the CCC office for this new class by calling 503-694-2300.  

Class begins at 2pm and by 3:30 pm, you will have decorated your own dozen cupcakes to look like a bouquet of flowers, which will be perfect for upcoming holiday desserts for Easter, May Day, and Mother's Day.

Amaze your friends with the new skills you will learn from this decorating class!


Easter Egg Hunt

This is a FREE event for children and grandchildren, ages 1-6, of Charbonneau residents.

Dress the children for the weather because this event is held outside the Clubhouse on Saturday, April 20.

Show up at 9:30 am for pre-hunt activities and to meet the Easter Bunny and Tutu the Clown.

Find the registration form in the Villager newspaper and fill it out with children's names, age, and name and phone number of Charbonneau resident.  Then, bring the form to the CCC office.

The deadline for registration is Friday, April 12 so the Easter Bunny will know how many eggs to hide and goody bags to fill.


Charbonneau Women's Association Fashion Show

This event happens on May 13 at 11:00 am.

To purchase tickets, sign-up in the CCC coat room by Monday, May 6th at noon.

The tickets for CWA members are $25 and tickets for guests are $35.

 CCC Annual Meeting

Be sure to attend the CCC annual meeting to learn about your community.  The meeting happens on Wed., May 15 at 6:30 pm.

Board directors will give a presentation on what has happened in the year leading up to the meeting.


 

Alzheimer's Walk to Remember

Register to walk in this important community event that happens on Sunday, May 19 at 11 am.

This year, we have shortened the walk to make it available to more people.

After the walk, SpringRidge Court provides a delicious BBQ lunch for all participants.

What a great deal for a great cause!

We raised over $7,142 and this with just a $5 registration donation and a raffle.

Local businesses generously donate baskets and other items for the raffle.

Please let us know if you would like to donate to this cause again this year.

All proceeds are donated to the Alzheimer's Association.

Live theater comes to the Charbonneau Clubhouse May 24-26.

Shred Day & Drug Drop-off

Windermere Real Estate and Charbonneau Country Club are coordinated another Shred Day event for Saturday, June 1,from 10am -2pm.

You are welcome to bring your documents to be shredded to the Village Center parking lot behind the Windermere building.

We will have a shredding truck on-site to shred your documents immediately.

There will also be a drop-off station for outdated or unused medications to be disposed of safely.

Come to the Charbonneau Tennis Club and enjoy tennis at one of the best tennis tournament in the area.

The sale happens June 28 & 29 at the 2nd entrance to Charbonneau ONLY.  No sales can be directoed to the first entrance that weekend.

This event features live dance music and BBQ for a fun summertime activity.

The band, "One Brick Shy" will be performing some great music on Friday, July 12.
