Grief and Loss Series - Begins Sept. 8
This free class is for those who have just started a journey of grief, those who have been on their journey for a while, and for others who would like to help those who are traveling this road of grief.
During the six weeks of this course, participants will understand the phases and aspects of grief and learn how to turn sorrow into beautiful remembrance and hpe. The material, discussion, and study will be based on "The Faces of Grief" by Marian Talley-Cunningham. She is a Christian author.
Facilitator Vicky Spear has a Bachelor's degree from Marylhurst University in Human Studies and Master's degree from Lewis and Clark in Counseling Psychology.
This class will meet in the Clubhouse Card Room on Saturday mornings from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

Pink Ball Golf Tournament Happens Sept. 11
This is the biggest cancer fundraiser in Charbonneau and a huge opportunity for us to help with local cancer research.

Paint and Pour / September 21 / 3 pm - 5:30 pm
Pumpkins come in so many shapes and colors, you can really let your imagination run wild. Just bring your favorite wine or soft drink.
Charbonneau resident Elaine Luneke will lead the class and supply all of the watercolor painting materials - there may even be a pumpkin or two!
Class will be held in the Clubhouse fireplace room. The $20 fee can be paid by cash or check payable to Elaine Luneke.
Motown Magic / Sat., Sept. 29 / 6pm
Each year, the Niners Women's Golf group puts on a year-end show for their fellow members. They plan skits, choreograph dance routines, choose costumes and props, and put n hours of rehearsal. Their productions are so much fun - they are in demand.
Purchase your tickets in the CCC offfice for just $5 (proceeds help offset costs of production).

- Wear comfortable walking shoes
