Charbonneau Country Club maintains several parks in the community for the enjoyment of homeowners and their guests.
Edith Green Memorial Park
The Edith Green Memorial Park is located on Country View Lane. It was recently renamed to honor former US House Representative Edith Green and her many accomplishments. Mrs. Green was a resident of Charbonneau in the 1980s.
On the corner of Molalla Bend and Armitage Roads, homeowners enjoy Charbonneau's Tot Lot. This park includes lots of open space for little ones to run, as well as a swing set, and play structure.
Charbonneau's Riverwalk Park may be small, but it offers a peaceful place for homeowners to take in the view and tranquility of the Willamette River. Residents out for a stroll often stop by this secluded spot to enjoy the natural world.
Native Island Park
The Native Island park is aptly named. It is located on an "island" between the divided lanes of French Prairie Road and it is "native" in that most of the plants in the park are native to Oregon. Visitors in the spring may be surprised by the abundance of trilliums found in the park.
Charbonneau Walking Paths
Residents of the Charbonneau community enjoy an active lifestyle. Walking, running, and biking are common throughout the neighborhoods. A walking path extends along part of French Prairie Road and continues through the Country Club Estates area and beyond.
