Clubhouse Rental

Rental Costs for Charbonneau Residents ONLY (below):

Charbonneau Country Club now has two separate event venues; the Clubhouse Event Center and the Pavilion.  You may rent just one venue or both. but you will need to book both separately.

Clubhouse Event Center

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$400.00 (paid when the reservation date is confirmed)

RENTAL FEES:  
$5.00 per non-Charbonneau person, including children

MONITOR FEES:
$18.00 per hour for any time the Clubhouse Event Center is open (from time of opening to end of clean up)

Pavilion Only

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$400.00 (paid when the reservation date is confirmed)

RENTAL FEES:
$5.00 per non-Charbonneau person, including children. The Pavilion does not have restrooms, however, Golf Club restrooms are available during Golf Club business hours when renting this venue. Clubhouse Event Center restrooms and kitchen facilities are not available when renting the pavilion unless you also rent the Event Center.

The Clubhouse dining room will accommodate up to 150 guests; the fireplace room and card room can accommodate 50 or fewer.

Reservations for 2023 will begin in November.

Charbonneau residents: You will be asked to fill out a Charbonneau Event Center rental agreement. To hold a date, we will need a $400 deposit (check or cash) payable to CCC.
