New Date for Shred Day / June 10 / 10 am - 1pm
This FREE event is sponsored by Windermere Real Estate and Charbonneau Country Club.
Bring your items to be shredded to the Charbonneau Village Center between 10 am - 1pm.
Items will be shredded on-site. Canned food donations will be gratefully accepted to benefit the The Wilsonville Food Bank.
Come to the Country Club at noon, on May 31, and enjoy a 45-minute walk through Charbonneau.
Our local bakery, Lux Sucre Desserts, will provide sweet treats for all participants. Just think: You don't have to worry about the calories you injest because you will be burning them right off on your walk. LOL!
Congratulations to the 10 people who signed-up for this fabulous class! The class will be held at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms in Wilsonville.
You'll learn proper cooking techniques, knife skills and plating recommendations to give you confidence in your own kitchen!
On the menu: classic risotto, shrimp buerre blanc, beef bourguignon with crispy pancetta potatores, caesar sald with garlic croutons, grilled salmon with caramellized leeks & mustard sauce. Class culminates in a delicious meal served family-style around a beautiful barn wood table.
WilsonvilleSTAGE presents: NAKED DARROW
This is a nationwide renowned one-man show about Clarence Darrow, written and performed by Gary Anderson. Tickets are on sale in the CCC office: $15 general admission or $12 for seniors, veterans, and students.
"Gary Anderson's protrayal of Clarence Darrow reminds us why spectators lined up at dawn, why judges wept, why reporters howled, and why the name of Clarence Darrow still evokes in us the challenge that we can, that we must continue to fight oppression. I strongly recommend you give yourself this gift and see NAKED DARROW." Phillis Vine, author of One Man's Castle: Clarence Darrow in Defense of the American Dream
Red Cross Blood Drive
The bloodmobile will be parked in front of CCC on June 23, from 10 am - 3pm.
Please pre-register online to donate blood at www.redcross.org or call 1-800-RED-CROSS
