Weddings & Events
The Charbonneau Clubhouse is commonly-held property owned by all Charbonneau residents. Only Charbonneau residents may rent the Clubhouse for private parties or weddings.
The Clubhouse dining room will accommodate up to 150 guests; the fireplace room and card room can accommodate 50 or fewer. The new Garden Terrace is available for events to flow outside as weather permits.

Damage Deposit: $300.00 (paid when reservation date is confirmed)
Rental Fees: $5.00 per non-Charbonneau person, including children
Monitor Fees: $15.00 per hour for any time the building is open
Option for Celebration of Life Events: Flat fee of $150.00 plus refundable damage deposit
Insurance Requirement: Written certificate of liability insurance for the date of the event
