Zumba Gold®

Zumba Gold® at CCC on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as, those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; and the invigorating party-like atmosphere.

Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It's fitness in disguise! Instructors Jean Viets and Heidi Baum will answer your questions and demonstrate the easy-to-follow moves.

The cost is $50 for a 10 class punch card to use within a 3 month period.

Come to the Country Club fireplace room at 8:00 am each Tuesday and Thursday to Zumba your way to health.

Your first class is always free, so bring a friend or come on your own. This is a great way to meet new friends in and around your community! Dancing, laughing, moving and listening to fabulous music is what we do every Tuesday and Thursday morning! It's a great way to start your day and get you moving!
